System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 Deployment

Our Infrastructure Consulting Division helped design and implement System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 for a Fortune 100 organization that has over 20,000 systems in North America, Europe and South America.

eMail Archiving and eDiscovery

CTG was engaged by a local healthcare provider to help them meet data retention and legal discovery requirements that apply to email communication. CTG installed and configured Symantec Enterprise Vault, allowing the company to capture all email communication. The product also provides a robust search capability that legal council can use to perform electronic discovery against email communication. The client also recognized massive storage savings by moving (or archiving) data from the email server to less expensive network storage, improving performance of the email server.

Application Virtualization

A financial firm was looking for a solution for some application issues they were experiencing. We implemented an Application Virtualization solution that allowed them to run multiple versions of the same application on one workstation, completely removing the requirement for regression testing from rolling out a new version of the application. A side benefit of this project was the ability to centrally deploy and manage applications.

Courseware and Training

Our trainers are also responsible for designing and delivering custom courseware to some of the largest organizations, as well as small businesses that have targeted, specialized needs.
