CTG consultants use a proven methodology that consists of checking your environment for best practices from a product standpoint, as well as determining if you are using the product to its full potential. Heath Checks are conducted onsite at customer facilities by industry-recognized Consultants.

During the process, we will document the errors we encounter and investigate the causes of problems you may currently be experiencing. After the onsite visit, a detailed findings report is delivered that you can use to update your system configuration documentation. The document also outlines suggested changes, and makes specific recommendations for short and long-term improvements.
